TRANSCRIPTION OF TRISTAN'S INTRODUCTION:

Welcome to Episode two, I'm Tristan White and today we have an interview with an inspiring Australian leader and entrepreneur by the name of Jack Delosa. Jack is the founder of Australia's largest education institution for entrepreneurs, it's called the Entourage.

The Entourage has a community of 300,000 members and exists to educate people to build the life and business of their dreams. Now I first met Jack online, I think it was via Twitter or maybe Facebook, after both his business the Entourage and my business the Physio-Co were both ranked in the top five of Australia's 50 best places to work.

I think that was in late 2015 and since then Jack and I have met in person a few times. I've had the pleasure of sharing my culture, is everything approach to building a strong team to a group of the Entourage members at their Sydney entrepreneur education centre.

Jack and I have both shared a stage with the wonderful Michelle Bridges of 12 Week Body Transformation fame at the Entourage's Unconvention conference in Cannes. Now Jack's vision at the Entourage is to improve traditional education by introducing a style of learning that puts the individual first.

Along with being an entrepreneur Jack's an author. He's written two books, Unprofessional and most recently Unwritten. In this interview with Jack there's some really great learnings of thinking big and acting small that apply to both our personal and professional lives.

There's one insight that Jack shared which I really liked about integrating new habits into his lifestyle. As Jack says, it's one thing to learn something new, but only when that learning is truly integrated into a daily and weekly lifestyle can it be used to help achieve our full potential.

Have a listen, Jack has a really valuable experience on how to practically make this happen. That's it for me for the intro, let's dive straight in to the interview with Jack Delosa.
