Multipliers - Liz Wiseman
In February this year I discovered Liz Wiseman and her concept of making everyone else smarter by ‘Multiplying’ others. Since then I’ve read her book and worked hard to become a better multipler.
Thanks to Karen Beattie’s The Growth Faculty, Liz will be back in Australia this July. A few TPC leaders and I will be there. If you lead a team and want to become a better leader, check it out. It will be time and money well spent.
