Paul Mead is co-founder of She Maps - a social enterprise that exists to bring diversity into how we perceive science, and who does it.

The She Maps team believes every student deserves to succeed with STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and maths), and that teachers should be empowered to help them do it.

Paul is a member of the Culture Is Everything crew who is learning and growing to become the best leader he can be.

This interview explores Paul’s approach to life, learning and leadership as he makes the important transition towards being an inspiring leader with the time and space to coach and support others.

We cover his military background (his “leadership apprenticeship”) and his journey starting and growing She Maps.

In particular, Paul shares how he leverages other experienced leaders to help fast-track his skills and success.

Enjoy :)
