Steve, with the support of his dad and brother Mike, leads Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse.
Ferguson Plarre is family-owned bakery and Steve actively manages the day-to-day running of the business, which consists of 80 retail outlets across Victoria and an extended team of over 1000 people.
Steve is a committed learner and action-taker. His self-driven learning includes continual reflection about the people he surrounds himself with, and their impact on his ability to be the best leader possible.
