Today I went for a spin on my bike to beautiful Waratah Bay. During a quick stop to have a drink, someone offered me a top up for my water bottle.
I was OK for water, but had a chat to this bloke and his girlfriend for the next few minutes. They were just cruising about in their 4WD looking for a place to camp. They appeared to not have a care in the world. The few minutes I spent with them was fun, interesting and memorable. All because someone offered to help me.
I smiled all the way home into a tough head wind. I felt good. Helping out is one of the smallest ways we all can make someone’s day. Give it a go!
